Roast Beef on Brioche Bun ($15) - Layers of sliced AA roast beef on a brioche bun with Swiss cheese, pickle, tomato, pea shoots and grainy mustard
Italian Deli Sub ($15) - Black forest ham, salami, spicy capicola, Havarti cheese, tomato, pea shoots , Dijon mustard and mayonnaise
Signature Wrap ($15) - Roasted chicken, bacon honey roasted pecans, feta cheese and chipotle mayonnaise
Chicken Caesar Wrap ($15) - Crisp romaine lettuce, smoked bacon, roasted chicken and Caesar dressing
Roasted Veggie Wrap ($15) - Creole cream cheese, roasted veggies, fresh veggies, Swiss cheese and herbed aioli

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin ($17) - Pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in bacon, roasted, and finished with a mushroom burgundy demi glaze. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Tuscan Salmon ($17) - Wild salmon baked with parmesan cheese, topped with artichokes, spinach, capers, sundried tomato in a white wine cream sauce. Served with baked rice and seasonal vegetables
Greek Package ($18) - Beef tenderloin skewer, free range chicken skewer, spanakopita, Greek potatoes, tzatziki with pita and a Signature Salad
Signature Stuffed Chicken ($18) - Free range chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, asparagus, brie cheese and finished with a light pesto sauce. Served with mashed and seasonal veggies.
Parmesan Chicken ($18) - Slices of our roasted chicken breasts topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese then baked. Served with mashed and seasonal veggies.
Steak Diane ($18) - Beef tenderloin steak with cremini mushrooms in a brandy cream sauce. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Beef and Broccoli ($18) - A traditional dish with our Signature twist. Our beef tenderloin and broccoli all sautéed up in our Asian style sauce. Served over white rice.
Wild Salmon ($18) - Wild salmon topped with a white wine cream sauce with capers and finished with two jumbo prawns. Served with rice and seasonal veggies.
Baked Cod ($18) - A baked cod topped with a seafood medley of shrimp, scallops, calamari and mussels in a Provençal sauce. Served with rice and seasonal veggies.
Stuffed Bell Peppers ($16) - A mix of quinoa, rice, vegetable, spices and cheese all stuffed inside a sweet bell pepper. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes (also can be prepared vegan)
