All Packages include the following:

 

** Additional napkin colours are available for rent for $1.00 each. Please inquire about availability**

 

PLEASE NOTE ABOVE PACKAGES ARE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

**4 hours of catering service - team arriving approximately 1.5 hours prior to dinner service

**Desserts and fruit are placed out after the dinner buffet has been cleared and will be on disposable platters with disposable tongs, plates, forks and cocktail napkins

**Coffee and Tea service - will be placed out after the dinner buffet has been cleared. All white china mugs will be collected and disposable cups placed out prior to Signature Catering's departure. Coffee and hot water urns and any other remaining coffee/tea station equipment must be returned to Signature Catering the following day. 

**Cake cutting must be pre-arranged with Signature Catering and is an additional fee of $2.50 per person. This includes the cake cutting, white china plates, dessert fork and additional labour required

**Corkage - we do not open wine bottles or handle any liquor

**Travel time - additional travel time will be added for venues that are located more than a 30 minute drive from our commercial kitchen.

**Remaining Equipment and Tableware - any remaining items from the event that are to be left after the departure of Signature Catering become the responsibility of the Host/Hostess and must be returned to Signature Catering on the following business day or pre-approved drop off date/time.
